An antique 19th century cased muzzle-loading double-barrelled percussion sporting rifle by Guarain of Paris. 31" Damascus steel barrels with maker's marks to top and proof marks to underside. Lockplates engraved with a lake and fish scene, with decorative lever engravings. Pineapple motif to underside. Housed within an associated wooden case. Half-cocks, full-cocks and dry fires. Ramrod present.
