A Meissen cup and saucer, circa 1800, hand painted decoration depicting a monkey, a horse, a dog and a waterfall, crossed swords mark to base, saucer diameter 11.5cm. Possibly linked to aesops fables.
Condition- some wear to paintwork, wear to gilding around edges, no chips, cracks or signs of repair, rings ok.
