Hand clutched scroll impressed THE/ True Spirit Of/ REFORM, & below GREYs/ Reform/ CORDIAL. Doulton & Watts mark to lower rear - above the all important impressed: BALLANCE/ Wine & Spirit Merchant/ Cross Keys/ Broad Street/ Lambeth. Appears to have same marks as the exact one in the AB book? A rare establishment named reform. In manufacture flaws, no damages.
