Scots Guards Officer's Sword By Wilkinson
32 3/4 inch, dumbbell blade with central fuller. Etched Kings crown ERVII cypher, Kings crown Scots Guards badge, floral battle honour scrolls and panels. Panel with owner's initials "R.T.B.". Forte with maker "Henry Wilkinson Pall Mall London" Blade number 41805 (1908). Nickel plated guard with Scots Guards cartouche. Plain pommel and checkered backstrap. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its nickel plated scabbard with two loose hanging rings. Complete with later, gilt cord sword knot. Contained in its leather transit bag.
