A Lightweight double gun case made for a pair of up two approx 30 1/2" barrel 20 bore side-by-side shotguns. Pine carcass covered in leather with brass corners and internal pine fittings lined in green melton. Named with a brass plate to the top of the case WPA Barrington-Smythe. Made by Bryant's of Peckham for Holland and Holland, with a hasp lock closure. Made between 1877and 1900 with original Holland and Holland makers label. Missing securing straps and without keys.
