A cast resin relief portrait depicting a gentleman's head facing dexter, possibly the Duke Of Wellington, set within a gilt brass oval surround on red leather effect mount, the portrait 5cm x 4.5cm, the mount 17cm x 15cm overall (at fault)
Provenance: Property of 7th Baron Harlech, The Lord Harlech, Glyn & Brogyntyn Estates
The piece shows a full width diagonal crack across the bottom of the portrait plaque approximately 4cm long. The mounted plaque is loose in the frame. The leather effect mount shows wear, small scuffs and staining throughout.
