AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY SWORD OF THE GENTELMAN BODYGUARDS OF THE KING OF SPAIN. An interesting small sword of the Gentleman Bodyguard of the King of Spain, Ferdinand VII, 1814-1833. With a 43cm 'blade' with leaf decoration and makers marks, dated 1817 (?) on a fine quality gold plated hilt with the Royal Arms of Spain. 58 cm.
