A late-Victorian brass and porcelain mantel clock garniture the eight-day duration movement striking the hours and half-hours on a gong with the backplate stamped with the trademark of the blanc roulant maker Samuel Marti and numbered 961, the ivorine dial with black Arabic numerals and decorative blued steel hands, the cast brass case of c-scroll decoration, decorative columns and surmounted by a seated cherub standing on lions paw feet, with blue glass panels inset with engraved brass decoration of leaf form, with a pair of matching side urns, height 43cm clock, 28cm urns.
