A late 18th century brass barrelled flintlock blunderbuss pistol, 13½” overall, swamped barrel 8” with Tower private proofs and engraved “London”; plain flat lock with unbridled frizzen, spuriously engraved “Twigg”; walnut fullstock with flat sided butt; brass mounts include oval escutcheon and trigger guard with acorn finial, with horn tipped ramrod.
