Includes large mint multiples of various values to 50c and examples of the different types of POSTE PAYE opts., the latter inc. 1c green in sheet of 50. Also reprints in sheets, large multiples, etc., of various perfs. and examples of imperfs. Supplemented by a range of cards and covers illustrating usage and stampless cover used Jun. 1903 from Cap Haitien to Le Havre during a stamp shortage but handstamped "AFFRANCHIE" indicating payment.
