SL White Rabbit, from Lewis Carol's Alice in Wonderland - Pelham Puppets SL Range, solid head, red features, lambs wool ears, small composite hands with closed fingers, metal strip knee joints, string above knees, wearing a yellow smock with red hearts, white felt trousers, red feet, boxed, late 1940's/early 1950's Gill Leaper was a master carver who went to work Pelham in 1949. His heads were outstanding with close attention to the feature details. Unfortunately he died in a road accident in 1957
