A 19thC burr walnut Bonheur du jour, with a brass gallery surmounting the two banks of three short drawers and panelled cupboard to the centre, the serpentine shaped top inset with an oval writing section, the base having a frieze drawer raised on cabriole legs. The structure decoratively inlaid with satinwood marquetry decoration and having gilt metal mounts throughout. 45" wide x 22" deep x 46" high.
