Four early 19th century pottery jugs; one with yellow ground, bat printed panels of country estates with further silver lustre decoration, 14cm high; one with polychrome painted transfer decoration of birds in rural landscapes on floral ground with silver lustre borders, 14cm high; another similar with farming scenes, 11.5cm high and a clobbered blue and white transfer and silver lustre jug depicting huntsmen with greyhounds, 14cm high. Yellow - Very fine all over crazing with some areas of dicolouration, fine haircrack to handle. Small defect to shoulder and top of handle. Does not ring when tapped. Small chip above top of handle.
Birds - Cracked rim and spout. fine crazing overall. Light wear.
Rural - Fine hairline crack to rim, firing crack to base, fine crazing over. Crack to base of handle. Wear and scratches.
Blue and Silver - 1" crack to rim, cracked spout, discolouration, crazing, cracked base, small chips to underside of spout. rubbing and wear.
