A FIRST WORLD WAR TRIO TO THE CHESHIRE REGIMENT. A Great War Trio comprising 1914-15 Star named to 2229 Pte A. Perkins Ches R. War Medal and Victory Medal similarly named. Arthur Perkins served with the 4th Battalion of the Cheshire Regiment, he enlisted in the 4th September 1914 and is recorded as wounded on the 16th September 1915 whilst serving in the Mediterranean and entitled to a wound stripe. He was awarded War Badge number 148732 being discharged due to sickness on the 21st May 1917. *CR Mounted for display, lightly cleaned,. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
