Stamps: Stanley Gibbons Samplex album containing mainly used GB stamps from 1840 - 1980 definitives including 1d black, believed to plate 5 RJ, very good top and bottom borders with thinned side borders lightly obliterated with a red mallease. Cross plus 2 other fillers, 1841 used 2d, 1864-79 full set 1d reds (not 77) plus a second almost complete set plus reds on pieces, 1864 1d blues on pieces plus 100s 1d reds many 5G49, 100s of Victorian surface printed issues. 19th cent. and early 20th cent. revenue issues. 1902 SG94 +95 many high-value postage due. Large collection of 1939-1948 high-value definitives. Overall an excellent definitive album.
