A LARGE 19TH CENTURY BOARDING STYLE PIKE/ CAVALRY LANCE, featuring an ash shaft with an off centre leather bound grip, one end fitted oxidised metal rounded spike and the other has a triangular steel spear head with two keyhole shaped fastening holes along one of the inset metal sides, possible use for penant, the overall length approximately 276.5cm, evidence of old woodworm, small impressed monogram to the base above spike, possible numbers to the metalwork adjacent, due to the size of this lot we are unable to send this using our shipping service, the successful bidder must collect or arrange for their own courier to ship this item, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request, due to the size of this lot we cannot ship this item, the successful bidder will have to collect in person or arrange their own courier to pack and collect on their behalf
