An early 20th century synthetic ruby and diamond ring, comprising three round mixed cut rubies, measuring between 3.3mm and 4.5mm, interspersed by four small diamond chips, all set in 18ct gold to pierced gallery and engraved shoulders with a plain polished shank, marks for Birmingham 1911, ring size P, weight 2.7gms
