Very interesting 18th century violoncello, unlabelled, the two piece back of faint medium curl with plainish wood to the sides and head, the table of a medium width grain and the varnish of a dark plum red colour on a golden ground, 27 3/4", 70.50cm, soft case
This cello has had many old repaired cracks, especially on the table which is also depressed on the bass side lower bout, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advised when possible
