An early 20th century Chinese hanging calligraphy scroll, Qing dynasty, painted with sparrows on blossoming peonies, inscribed and seal character markings throughout, ink and colour on paper, in the manner of Lu Xiaoman or Wu Changshuo.
From a private collection - acquired from an American auction house by vendors parents c.1950.
