WW1 Machine Gun Corps Officer Attributed Side Bag. A good example of the regulation side bag, canvas and leather with web shoulder strap. The interior with an ink name of I A Thomas MGC. Some age wear, buttons absent GC. Possibly carried by Second Lieutenant Ivan Arthur Thomas who landed in France after the 1st January 1916 and was Killed in Action on the 10th June 1917
