A Pearl Bead Necklace,
the triple strands consisting of forty nine, fifty one and fifty three cultured pearl beads, measuring from 5.1mm to 10.1mm, individually knotted, mounted on an Art Deco sapphire and diamond geometric clasp, the diamonds totalling approximately 1.14 carats, unmarked mount tests as 18ct yellow gold and platinum, 39cm (shortest strand), 74g
Accompanied by a Pearl Report issued by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, certificate no. 12756, dated 15th May 2016, stating that twenty two pearls are freshwater cultured and the rest are bead-nucleated cultured pearls.
The pearls are a pale cream colour with pink and yellow overtones, medium to heavily pitted, fair lustre, several minor nacre chips around drill holes. The clasp has general surface wear. Overall in good condition.
