A LATE 18TH CENTURY CHINESE EXPORT PORCELAIN BLUE AND WHITE SIX PIECE TEA SERVICE, moulded basket weave borders and painted with landscapes, comprising a drum shaped teapot with recumbent lion finial to the cover, a sugar bowl and two tea bowls with saucers, height of teapot 13cm (6) (Condition Report: the teapot handle has been broken and glued in two places, the interior base shows crazing, there is damage to the straining holes and stained cracks in this area, there are stained cracks around the spout to the exterior, the cover has a small chip to the underside, the sugar bowl has extensive damage and has been glued back together with some losses, particularly around the rim, one saucer is ok, the other has extensive damage with losses to rim and foot rim, one tea bowl has a stained crack, the other has a V shaped stained crack)
