Dutch Hembrug Klewang Naval Cutlass M1898. Heavy curved blade 24" with clipped back point. Ricasso marked "Hembrug" + Dutch inspection mark. Good leather scabbard dated September 1941, widely used against the Japanese in WW2. Excellent example
