Cecil Hands commissioned 27/3/17 to 13th Bn and was killed in action with 13th Bn Durham Light Infantry 12 October 1917 and is commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial. With copied CWGC, Soldiers Died and MIC. From Sunderland and educated at Bede Collegiate School Sunderland.
2. WWI BWM and Victory Medal pair to 8-1955 Pte R. Hogg Durh. L. I extremely fine. Robert Hogg of 'A' Coy. 1st/ 8th Bn Durham Light Infantry died on 16 April 1915 and is commemorated on Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. With copied CWGC, Soldiers Died and MIC. From Whitburn Sunderland. Gained Master's Certificate and an appointment from Bede Collage, Durham.
