A Victorian Channel Islands silver Albert pattern flatware for six place settings, London, 1853, overstruck maker's mark JLG (John Le Gallais, Jersey, c.1846-1873), comprising six each of table spoons, 8 ¾in. (22.2cm.) long; dinner forks, 8 ¼in. (21cm.) long; and dessert forks & spoons, each inscribed to terminals with initials; together with six teaspoons dated 1860; and a further table spoon and fork in the same pattern, London, various makers and dates, both inscribed with initials and dated 1867, weight 74.7 tr.oz.
