Irish Cavan Militia Victorian Officer shako plate circa 1861-69. Fine scarce die-stamped silvered crowned star mounted with title circlet; Maid of Erin Harp mounted to domed centre. Two horizontal loops. VGC Raised in 1793, became 4th Bn. Royal Irish Fusiliers 1st July 1881.
