19th century Persian silver tea set comprising a rectangular tray, six tea cups with glass liners, lidded sugar bowl and tongs, each profusely engraved with foliate scrolls and foliage, the cups with pierced decoration and panels of figures and animals, the tray 38cm wide, approximate weight 2141.0g
Good overall general condition, no splits or repairs. The tray has some light dents and the sugar bowl has a 1cm dent near the base.
