A police helmet City of London Police together with accompanying paper letter dated 21st July 2000 'To whom it may concern, this is to confirm that this City of London Police helmet identified by the badge number AA85 was presented to Winburn Horlock Esq. by The Commissioner of Police for the City of London at Guildhall at 20th July 2000. The helmet is a mark of the appreciation from the Force for Mr Horlock's long service on the Police Committee of the Corporation of London including his Chairmanship and his unfailing support over thirty years.
