CHINESE DAOGUANG (1820-1850) MARK & PERIOD MEDALLION BOWL. The exterior painted with fruit and flowers within circular panels, painted with sprays of flowers and foliage on a blue ground. The interior painted in blue and white with a vase of flowers, flowering trees and fruit. With a 'Daoguang' seal mark in underglaze blue, 14cms diameter, 7cms high. ** Small nick to the side of the rim, a few small minor marks to the interior, rings nicely when tapped.
