AN UNUSUAL PAIR OF BRASS MOUNTED BLUED STEEL RIFLE BAYONET TABLE LAMPS FRANCO-PRUSSIAN, MID/LATE CENTURY AND LATER Each with cluster of six socket bayonets the scrolled over tips above blades, socket bases with musket balls above lion paw feet, each bearing a serial number, formerly with oil lamp reservoirs, now fitted for electricity bases 56cm high overall Repurposed armaments are unusual decorative items- more commonly found utilising 20th century elements.
