A 90 bore brass framed and brass double barrelled over and under tap action flintlock boxlock pocket pistol c 1820, 6½” overall, turn off barrels 1¾”, numbered 1 and 2 on barrels and breeches and with Birmingham proofs; frame engraved with trophies and signed “Wallis” (of Birmingham or Hull); with top safety which locks the frizzen, hidden trigger, and plain walnut slab butt with shield shaped escutcheon.
