A PAIR OF UNUSUAL HIGH RELIEF JAPANESE / CHINESE STYLE LIDDED URNS, each of baluster shape, with octagonal shaped lid/top/base. Each vase is decorated all over with high-relief motifs of figures amongst buildings & trees. Each lid with a finial in the form of a man sitting cross-legged. The lid & body with a dot detail all over. Condition; both in very good condition; there is an old fix to one rim as photographed & one of the figures is missing a head – also photographed. Each 43cm tall.
