Tinsley & Co Ltd. 6x anemometers with related paperwork by Lownes, Negretti & Zambra, etc. A Ringrose Automatic Firedamp alarm (Automatic Methane Detector) made by International Gas Detectors Ltd, Leeds (with photocopied instructions). A Gravimetric Dust Sampler (Type 113A) instrument by Casella, London. Including; a 19th Century Hardy Patent Miner's Pick. A Hardy Patent Miner's hand operated rock drill mounted on a stand with a photocopied advert from the Colliery Guardian; A sample of braided shaft signal wire from Pelton Colliery, Durham, mounted on a wooden stand. Plus a quantity of National Coal Board and British Coal related photographs and negatives. GC-VGC for age. £70-100
