A late 19th/early 20th century mahogany and glazed mahogany microscope slide cabinet with a collection of slides including examples by Frederick Enoch ( 1845-1916):, the cabinet having double glazed doors enclosing twenty four shelves with ivory button handles, brass plaque to front 'Liverpool Microscopical Society Property' , 22 x 50 x 36cm, the slides comprising entomological, botanical and other subjects with a number of slides by Frederick Enoch and other producers including Newton & Co, C Baker, Lister & Pointon and others .
