A gentleman's 18ct gold Rolex Cellini manual wind wrist watch, with rectangular Roman dial, case diameter 24mm, case back numbered 4264746 on an associated leather strap, with 18ct gold Rolex buckle, with Rolex box and wallet.
A couple of marks and some dirt to the dial. Tarnishing around the bezel. A couple of scratches to the case back. Watch ticks when wound and the hands adjust.
