A late 19thC enamelled and painted Charger, depicting a lighthouse before stormy seas, signed A Fisher with relevant newspaper article verso, indecipherable, D 41.5cm.
Overall good condition. Just crazing to note and some residue verso, perhaps as a result of tape.
