A smokebox numberplate, 30768, from the Southern Railway N15 King Arthur Class 4-6-0 SIR BALIN built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 23214, in June 1925, SR No 768. At Dover by January 1948 and later Stewarts Lane and Eastleigh from where it was withdrawn in November 1961 and cut up at Eastleigh Works. Ex loco condition. (Postage Band: D)
