Range of covers in 1 binder incl 1841 1d red-brown, plate 11, 4 margins example, tied to a clean entire from Elgin to Edinburgh by a black MC, 1849 cover to Glasgow, missent to Perth, with intact private seal of Baron Raglan of Waterloo and Crimea fame, a 1764 colonial letter from Glasgow to Virginia USA-rare transatlantic item, 1858 letter from Glasgow to Kingston Canada, via USA, prepaid by 2 4d rose (SG66a) and 2 pairs of 1/- greens (SG72) tied by two strikes of very scarce Glasgow 159 roller, with Glasgow, Liverpool, and Kingston date stamps on reverse (light folding crease on the 1/- stamp, a very scarce item purchased from SG).
