"SPECIMEN" plus selection of used (1d Pink Embossed, etc.); unused 1840 Mulready (faults); unused reprint of F. Deraedemaeker env.; 1903 ½d P.Stat. env. (opened-out) with printed "JAMES EVANS & CO." advert; 7 Jan. 1915 ½d PC "POST FREE" from London to a French POW in Paderborn, returned to sender with red "zurück/Aufenthaltsort/nicht ermittelt" hs after going to "holzminden" (in Fraktur script, purple) & found "Nicht in Holzminden"; etc. Also inc. 31 Dec. 1873 copy of Pall Mall Gazette and 20 Jan. 1864 copy of The Argus (both with reinforcing), plus QV selection of revenues on receipts.
