A SECOND WORLD WAR GERMAN LUFTWAFFE OFFICER's DAGGER AND SCABBARD. A 2nd pattern Luftwaffe dagger with a 25cm tapering and pointed blade marked for Paul Weyersberg & Co. Berlin, the cross piece with flying eagle with swastika in its claws, with plastic wire bound grip and flattened oval pommel with further swastika, with scabbard with twin ring suspension and oak leaves to the end. With silver bullion knot. 42cm overall. *CR Good condition, blade with much original finish, fraying to knot in places.
