Report by RB

Winding key, pendulum and two weights, from a local private client, various splits to the case, the sides are somewhat bowed as is the base.

Report by RB

It appears to have had quite a lot of work done to it over the years, there is a small area to the top right hand corner of the dial which is cut away, the seat board has certainly been altered/changed, the backboards are pine, probably been there for sometime, but we cannot guarantee they are original, where the backboards are to the base, the left and right hand sides are not covered by the backboards.

It has probably been restored at some point, the trunk sides are warped/bowed, the trunk door has worm to the inside, and the hinges have been changed/adapted and has a couple of splits/repairs.

Overall a nice looking clock, which would now benefit from some more restoration
