A French silver 2-handled serving tray, with an embossed decorated edge, maker is R. Benvenisti, L41cm, 26.6oz

There is a worn what appears to be a Minerva's head impressed mark on the show side of the tray, and a retailers/makers mark ? impressed to the reverse which is R Benvenisti, 8, Rue Martel this mark is lightly rubbed so slightly difficult to see no other makers marks or hallmarks that we are able to find. There are a couple of other marks to the underside of the tray but unfortunately we are unable to read them they are very worn through. The tray has a couple of solder repairs mainly to the back of one of the handles, it is allover surface scratched and dented and creased and sits slightly uneven.
