The late 19th century/early 20th century crescent brooch pin set with a row of 19 graduating oval cut sapphires and a row of 17 old cut diamonds to hinge pin and replacement roller clasp verso. Largest sapphire measures 4.2mm x 4mm x 2.8mm. Largest diamond measures 2.9mm x 3.0mm x 1.9mm. Unmarked. Surface tests indicate silver and gold. Measures 5.8cm x 0.8cm. Weighs 7.36g.
