A Jaeger Le Coultre Atmos Mantle Clock, the white enamel chapter ring with black Roman numerals, the rectangular brass case with glass panels and skeletonized movement, the front stamped "Atmos Jaeger Le Coultre Thirteen Jewels, Swiss 540", 23cm high.
I am afraid we cannot say if it is in working order, we do not know when the clock was last services, no box or paperwork, brass surround of clock in good condition.
