A Third Reich period peaked cap, believed to be to the NSB (Dutch Nazi Party), black with red piping, PL peak and chinstrap, gilt buttons with crowned Dutch lion shield, and small gilt eagle and swastika badge, the lining with Dutch maker’s label and typed owner’s name tag. GC (minor moth to piping). The presence of two holes indicate that here would have been a cockade badge below the eagle.
