A pair of Japanese Satsuma vases, Meiji Period (1868-1912), each of ovoid form rising to a flared upper rim and flanked by two elephant loop handles, the creamy crackle glaze, with landscape mountainous scenes, picked out in gilt, height 24.5cm, marked to base. (2)
One with firing crack to the handle, light wear and loss to the gilt.
