QV-KGV COLLECTION OF CUT-OUTS APPLIED TO COVERS - in three binders neatly arranged on pages, inc. 1842? env. to Wymondham with two 1d pink cut-outs cancelled but not tied by MX cancels, apparently unofficial use prior to 1845 sanction of cut-outs, "Stalham/Penny Post" at left; 1901 London env. with 1d pink cut-out not accepted so charged "2d" with "Contrary to regulations/E.C."; 1909 env. sent reg. to USA with 2½d claret & 1d pink compound pair cut-out plus KEVII ½d green; 1909 env. sent reg. to USA with 3d carmine PC & 1d brown (2) all tied BEN-RHYDDING cds; 1909 env. to Barbados sent reg. with 1d + 2d brown cutout; 1910 env. sent reg. to Frankfurt with QV 2d blue reg. & KEVII 1d pale red cut-outs used with QV 1½d, 4½d & 1/- green jubilee issues; and 1913 env. to Switzerland with KEVII 1d red (2) & ½d green cut-outs taxed '30' with Swiss PDue stamp.
