A Mid 18th Century Italian Baroque Giltwood Carved Stool of Shaped Outline, with deep moulded edge and later red silk upholstered drop in seat to top, the frieze carved with ornate leaf and scroll ornament, on conforming X-pattern stretcher and stylised Flemish scroll uprights each surmounted by winged putto, 26.5ins wide x 22ins deep x 22ins high
Note: Extensively re-gilded and flight holes present to underside.
