Medals (2) of 215303 (WR/504179) Sapper Charles Campbell Chuck R.E. British War Medal 1914-1920, Allied Victory Medal 1914-1918, both without ribbons. Sold with box.Resident of Cricklewood. Enlisted on 11th December 1915 into the Inland Waterways Transport Corps, Royal Engineers. Transferred to the Army Reserve on 17th February 1917 and sent to work at Henry Simon Limited, Shipbuilding Yard, Ayr. Returned to duty on 8th September 1917 and posted to France 24th September 1917. Discharged on 28th February 1919.
