A late 19th century ash "Sussex" elbow chair with painted decoration and rush envelope seat
General condition is good.
No apparent woodworm.
the arm and spindles attached to arms are slightly loose. Still structurally sound.
Rush seat is in pretty good condition, only a few loose strands underneath the seat.
There's one small hole to the back of the right leg
The feet have been slightly nibbled and one has a chunk missing out of it.
All over scratches and bruises, some losses to the painted decoration, particularly on the back around contact points.
